I've been making bread every other day for a week. I'm tired of paying $3+ for organic bread that tastes like what I think dog shit would taste like. I can't remember who made the comment, but the comment was just about everything has animal product in it. It's true. Mono and diglycerides are usually animal derived and that indredient is in every fucking thing. Pisses me off. How many scientists does it take to fuck our food up? 50 years ago, everything was organic. Now you have to pay more money for it.
