Legal advice. If he hasn't done anything to them and he didn't purposely expose them to porn, then there's not much that can be done. So I get to wait for him to act? I asked Gia more of what she came across and it seems what she came across was women posing, but they weren't just standing there. She said that a lot of them looked like pictures he had taken himself. She didn't recognize any of the women. I have taken them to counseling and the counselor says they don't respecct their dad, but she was sure at the time no misconduct had occured, they just think of him as a jerk. That was then.

But I'm not done yet. I've still got calls to make. The other tidbit I got was that the girls don't have any rights and it's between the dad and I. That just didn't sound right to me. It could be their ages, I don't know. It's just not right. Like I said, I'm not done.

Tonight there was something going on in Gia's class. I asked her if her dad was going to be there. She got very serious and said "I don't think so, I sure didn't tell him about it." But of course he was there. I was gauging her reaction and she was ok. You could tell he was tense, but she was fine. She recited her little speech without looking at anything.

Bleh. DPH is a computer geek to the max and dresses like a computer geek. Today he had on an outfit like he had been on one of the make over shows. The show "What not to Wear" has DPH written all over it. But still in the outfit, he looked like a weasel. A perverted weasel.

Other than that, life is going right along.
