Ok. Those little cinnamon ornaments.

Mix applesauce into cinnamon until it makes a dough consistency. You can roll them out at this point. Use extra cinnamon like you would flour to roll the dudes out. Use cookie cutter's to cut out shapes. I'd roll them out to 1/4 inch. Dry them. I stick them in the oven at like 250 to dry them faster. But you could always roll them into little balls and put them in a fabric sack or sock or something after they dry.

I used a pound of cinnamon and 16 oz of applesauce or something like that. But that makes A LOT. So just a couple things of cinnamon from the $1 store and cheapo applesauce.
