Grrr hisss

October 18, 2004, 4:22 PM

All of the sudden, it is quite cold here in the greater Seattle Area.

I feel like Poopoo too.

I was telling DPH (former husband, Davey Poopy Head) that Cath loves Build A Bear and would like that for her birthday. He had been asking me for ideas and said that would be a great idea.

"But then if I take the girls to Build A Bear, Gia will want one too. That gets expensive."

The guy makes $70K a year. He pays child support. All well and good. Trust me, it isn't breaking him.

So instead of actually taking the girls out, he buys Cath a Build A Bear outfit.

He did take the girls Sunday to buy them clothes. But his old girlfriend Terri was along. If there's a chick around, I tend to like it better because the girls actually get to do stuff. He's suddenly super dad. Chances are the money he got was from his mom for their birthday present. He takes credit for other's presents. So when the girls get something, I can be fairly sure he didn't spend his own money on it.

He doesn't want to do cheerleading next year because it takes too much time out of the weekends.

Read that? He doesn't want to do cheerleading. He doesn't do it, the girls do. And if they didn't do cheerleading which is one of the two activities they're involved in, what would they do? It's not my favorite thing to do, but it takes up some of a Saturday and it's physcial activity and it helps them be more social and less shy.

Typical DPH. He thinks of himself and himself only. He thinks of how it affects him first and not what's best for his kids or what will benefit his kids.

I told the girls that if they want to do cheerleading next year, we'll find a way to make it work. We'll even take them on his weekends. Yeah he should be responsible for his kids, but they also shouldn't miss out on an activity they enjoy and he shouldn't complain about it.
